Return – Refund Policy

At Greek Family Foods, we take great care in preparing and shipping our products to wholesale customers worldwide. Due to the nature of our business and the fact that shipments are made in large quantities (often by pallet and internationally), we are unable to accept returns or provide direct refunds once goods have been dispatched.

Important Notes:

1. No Returns or Refunds
   All wholesale sales are final. Once products leave our facilities, we cannot take them back or issue a refund.
2. Quality Concerns
   In the unlikely event of an issue with product quality or delivery, we ask customers to contact us directly as soon as possible.
3. Goodwill Solutions
   While we cannot accept returned goods, we are committed to long-term partnerships. Where appropriate, we may offer a discount or credit toward the customer’s next order as a fair resolution.
4. Customer Responsibility
   Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their orders, as well as compliance with their local import laws and customs requirements.
